Warranty Policy

All HOMEBALL360 products have a 1 year limited warranty.
If there are any issues we will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy.
The warranty is only for products that have been through normal use and not misuse, abuse, or neglect.
The warranty does not cover shipping damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from failure to follow the product care instructions.
The decision to repair or replace will be determined by the company in its sole discretion.
